Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood actor and writer who's talent has brought the attention of critics and recognition. Sagittarius born the actress was born on December 3 60 in North Carolina. She's the most senior of the three children who were born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith who was a psychologist. She's English, Scottish and of mixed heritage. In the course of her father's employment, the Moore family was often moved and she had to work hard to make friendships or maintain ones.
